As a small home bakery, each of our products is made to order with great care and attention to detail. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following Refunds & Returns Policy:

1. Order Cancellations


Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

A full refund will be processed for cancellations made within the specified time frame.

Cancellation by Sugar Cravings

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., ingredient availability, personal emergencies).
If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for orders that are cancelled within the specified time frame or if there is an issue with the product quality.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time or for dissatisfaction with taste preferences.
Process for Refunds
If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sugarcravings24@gmail.com or call +91 9594 198184 (Heena Mistry).

Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographs of the product, if applicable. 
If the issue is validated, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.


3. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

4. Delivery Issues
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

We will make every effort to correct the order promptly or provide a suitable resolution.


Delivery Delays

6. Digital Products

In addition to our freshly baked goods, Sugar Cravings also offers digital products, such as downloadable recipes, e-books, and online courses. Please be aware that all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, as these items are immediately consumable and not returnable.
